Why is Total Body Formula a liquid?

Why didn't you include herbs in this formula?
Although the efficacy of herbs is well known, they are not included in this formula since herbs are health specific and not needed by every person and should not be taken on a daily basis. You should always consult your physician before taking herbs as some can interfere with medications.

Why use "colloidal" Minerals and what is the advantage of Trace Minerals?
TOTAL BODYŽ FORMULA contains over 70 colloidal minerals, both major and trace. The fact that some minerals are classified as "trace" does not diminish their importance for good health. In their colloidal state they are needed by the body in microgram amounts. A microgram is only one millionth of a gram. Colloidal Minerals are microscopic-sized electrically-charged particles. When broken down to an ion state and suspended in liquid form, colloidal minerals are more easily assimilated through the walls of the intestines. An ion is the smallest component in which a mineral can exist and is the size the body requires before the individual cells can absorb it. While the body usually absorbs less than 10% of metallic source minerals, nearly 100% of plant source colloidal minerals are absorbed. Combined with liquid essential vitamins in TOTAL BODYŽ FORMULA, they provide the body with much greater nutritional support than tablets or capsules.

How much do I take each day?
The suggested amount is one ounce per day and can be broken down to 1/2 ounce in the morning and 1/2 ounce in the afternoon or evening if you prefer.

Can I give TOTAL BODYŽ FORMULA to my children?
Yes, children love it. Most children hate taking pills, so when you mix TOTAL BODYŽ FORMULA in their juice, they get their daily Vitamins and Minerals without even realizing it. The directions are on the bottle for children 5 years or older; give them 1/2 teaspoon for each 20 pounds body weight.

Why is there no added Iron in TOTAL BODYŽ FORMULA?
We left Iron out of the formula because most people (espically men) do not need Iron and many people should not take Iron. If you do need Iron, you should take a separate supplement and never take it at the same time you take your Vitamins as it will interfere with the absorption of certain Vitamins.
